Cottage Rental Policies

1.)	Absolutley NO PETS ALLOWED!
2.)	NO charcoal or gas grills allowed on or in cottages. Charcoal grills are provided near your cottage.
3.)	Absolutlry no gasoline or other flammable material is allowed in cottages or on porches, docks and walkways. All boats must be fueled at an approved fueling facility.
4.)	The use of fireworks on resort property is strictly prohibited.
5.)	No boats or watercraft are to be docked on the shoreline. All boats are to be registered at Marina Office for appropriate dockage.
6.)	No batteries are to be brought into cottages and no extention cords to be ran from cottage to boats or vehicle batteries.
7.)	No loud noises, parties, or celebrations allowed. After 10:00 pm, a state of quietness shall prevail.
8.)	Please clean fish at the Marina; do not clean fish in cottages or on cottage porches.
9.)	The security/damage deposit will be returned to you upon checkout provided the accommodation is left in an acceptable condition.

10.)	A security deposit is required within (7) days after the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled.
11.)	The deposit will not be applied to the rental fee
12.)	The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided check out is completed prior to 10 a.m. central time.
13.)	The entire rental fee is due prior to checking into the cottage.
14.)	Rescheduling may only be done during the same calendar year and may be subject to a fee.
15.)	3 night minimum stay required during the Peak Summer Season and all holiday weekends - 2 night minimum required otherwise.
16.)	Additional charge of $8.00 per night per person for extra people.
17.)	Check In Time: Guaranteed by 4:00 pmCST - Check Out Time: 10:00 am CST.
18.)	All prices are based on payment by check or cash.
19.)	For credit or debit card payments, 4% will be added to listed prices.
20.)	Tennessee sales tax (9.75%) will be added to all rentals.
21.)	Renter must be at least 21 years old, with a valid drivers license.
