Houseboat Rental Policies
1.) |
A security deposit is required within (7) days after the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled. |
| 2.) | The deposit will not be applied to the rental fee |
| 3.) | The deposit will be refunded at the end of the cruise, if the boat is returned clean and undamaged prior to 10 a.m. central time. |
| 4.) | The entire rental fee is due prior to boarding. |
| 5.) | Rescheduling may only be done during the same calendar year and may be subject to a fee. |
| 6.) | No boat handling experience necessary.

| 7.) | Detailed instruction provided.

| 8.) | Loading assistance provided by Sunset's Crew.
|
| 9.) | All prices are based on payment by cash or check.
|
| 10.) | For credit/debit card payments 4% will be added to listed prices.
|
| 11.) | Tennessee sales tax (9.75%) will be added to all rentals. |
| 12.) | Boat Captain must be at least 21 years old, with a valid drivers license. |
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will not be made in the event of cancellation or early check-out. However, with (60 days) notice of cancellation, a credit memo will be issued for use in the spring or fall season. |
